7. Warranty and Support

We provide services "as is" and warrant that work will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. Support and maintenance terms are specified in individual service agreements.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Custom Software Solutions be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Custom Software Solutions from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of our services or violation of these terms.

10. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information, project details, and proprietary data. Confidentiality obligations are detailed in individual service agreements.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement in accordance with its terms. Upon termination, you remain responsible for payment of services rendered up to the termination date.
